Alessio Cassara is the Co-Founder and CFO of Vita Wellness by C.J., bringing more than two decades of experience in elite performance, professional combat sports, personal training, and entrepreneurship to the company.

Originally from Italy, Alessio built his career as a professional fighter, becoming a two-time W.K.N. Pro European Champion and Italian champion in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, while also competing professionally in boxing. Years of high-level competition shaped his approach to discipline, resilience, performance, recovery, and the importance of consistency both physically and mentally.

After transitioning from professional fighting, Alessio built an extensive career in personal training and performance coaching, working with professional athletes, celebrities, international artists, musicians, DJs, entrepreneurs, influencers, and other high-profile clients. His approach has always been highly individualized, combining physical conditioning, accountability, lifestyle strategy, and a deep understanding of the demands placed on people operating at a high level.

His evolution from professional athlete to entrepreneur also transformed his perspective on wellness. Alessio became increasingly focused not only on training harder, but on understanding how recovery, metabolic health, nutrition, supplementation, longevity strategies, and personalized wellness protocols can work together to support long-term performance and quality of life.

Together with his business partner, Clarianne Jimenez, Alessio          co-founded Vita Wellness by C.J. with the vision of creating a premium wellness company that brings together physician-supervised peptide protocols, mobile IV therapy, professional peptide education, natural supplementation, and personalized wellness services under one comprehensive platform.

Today, Alessio plays a central role in the business strategy, financial operations, partnerships, growth, client experience, and continued development of Vita Wellness, while bringing the mindset of a professional athlete into every aspect of the company.
